What time zones do your talent work in?

All talent work US time zones — EST, CST, and PST. Our team is based in India, with IST overlapping cleanly with US business hours for a 4–6 hour shared window daily.

What if the hire isn't a great fit?

The two-week trial exists for this reason. If it's not clicking, we replace within 5 business days at no extra cost.

Do I own the work and IP?

Yes. All agreements include a full IP assignment. Everything your hire creates belongs to your company.

How does billing work?

Monthly, billed on the 1st. No setup fees, no annual lock-in. Cancel with 30 days notice.

Can I hire someone full-time later?

Yes — we have a conversion path. A one-time placement fee applies if you want to bring someone fully in-house.
